Easy Beef Taco Salad

  1. Brown meat with onions in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain.
  2. Add water and seasoning mix; cook as directed on package.
  3. Stir in corn and Velveeta; cover.
  4. Cook on low heat 5 min.
  5. or until Velveeta is completely melted, stirring frequently.
  6. Spoon over lettuce just before serving; top with tomatoes.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips.
