Brownies (with Homemade Baking Mix)

• 3/4 cup baking mix
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1/3 cup cocoa
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 lb melted butter
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla (me: vanilla powder)

1. Put all ingredients into mixing bowl and beat 1 minute.
2. Pour into 8 inch square pan that has been greased.
3. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees.
4. Frost with fudge frosting.
