Chicken Ala Marta Recipe

  1. Combine bread crumbs and cheese; coat chicken lightly.
  2. Arrange in 9x13 inch baking dish.
  3. Cook onion in butter till tender.
  4. Blend in flour; stir in lowfat milk all at once.
  5. Cook till thickened.
  6. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
  7. Stir in spinach and ham.
  8. Spoon spinach mix over chicken; sprinkle with remaining crumb mix.
  9. Bake, uncovered, in 350 degree oven for 40 to 45 min.
  10. Serves 12.
