Pork Chop Marinade Recipe

• 1/2 c. soy sauce
• 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. chili sauce
• 1 tbsp. brown sugar
• 1 clove garlic, chopped or garlic powder, to taste
• 4 to 6 pork chops

1. Place pork chops in a glass baking dish.
2. Combine marinade ingredients and spread on both sides.
3. Cover dish with plastic wrap.
4. Marinate chops overnight in refrigerator turning occasionally.
5. Grill or possibly bake chops until done.
