Lamb Soup with Curried Cucumber Salad

  1. In a saucepan, saute carrots, celery and onions until soft.
  2. Add stock and lamb bones and simmer for 1 hour.
  3. Pull bones out and pull all the meat off.
  4. Dice up the meat and add back to the soup.
  5. Check for seasoning.
  6. In a bowl, mix yogurt with curry.
  7. Season and add cucumbers.
  8. Garnish soup with salad.
