Arctic Rolls Recipe

  1. Lay the tortillas out on a board.
  2. Mix the cream cheese and horseradish and spread thickly onto each tortilla smoothing to the edges.
  3. Top with the fish a tiny squeeze of lemon and a good grinding of black pepper.
  4. Roll up refrigeratebriefly then cut and eat.
  5. Cut each roll into 7 to 8 pinwheels for canapes; or possibly cut in half to eat as a snack.
  6. You can add in some minced fresh dill into the cream cheese niixture for added colour.
  7. You can use coldsmoked venison instead of salmon.
  8. Serves 6
