Clam Sauce for Spaghetti Recipe
- Olive Oil A 1/4 Cup
- Garlic Cloves 2 (sliced, minced & browned in Oil)
- Water A 1/4 Cup
- Canned Clams 1 Can (Roughly 4oz can)
- Clam Juice 1 Can
- Dried Parsley 1 Tbsp
- Oregano 1 Tsp (or more)
- Salt A 1/2 Tsp
- Pepper A 1/4 Tsp
- Corn Starch A 1/2 Tbsp
- Slice garlic and then mince garlic
- Brown garlic in olive oil over medium heat
- Let oil cool
- Add all ingredients except clams.
- Cook with medium-low heat for a few minutes
- Add clams for last minute
- Pour over hot pasta
- Serve
