Cinnamon Rolls

  1. preheat milk to 115F, then wisk in yeast.
  2. add butter once yeast is active.
  3. combine all dry ingredients, then add slowly to mixer on low speed until all items form a smooth dough.
  4. cover with a towel, and set aside in a warm place for an 1 1/2hrs
  5. combine filling, and mix into a smooth paste.
  6. roll dough out on a flowered surface (do not fold dough)
  7. spread paste in a smooth even layer on dough and remainder in 2 9x13 baking pans
  8. preheat oven at 400F
  9. roll dough into pinwheels adding flour as needed.
  10. stretch into even log.
  11. cut into 1" sections and place evenly into baking pans.
  12. ( makes 24 )
  13. bake for 17-20 min at 400
  14. should be a light golden brown
  15. flip over on wax paper
