Easy Acqua Pazza with Cod and Shrimp Heads

  1. Dice the tomato into 2-3 cm cubes.
  2. Thinly slice the garlic.
  3. Salt and pepper the cod.
  4. Prep the shrimp.
  5. Put the olive oil, red chili pepper, and garlic into a frying pan and saute over low heat.
  6. Add the cod and cook both sides over medium heat.
  7. Add the shrimp.
  8. Quickly cook both sides, and add the water and tomatoes.
  9. When it comes to a boil, simmer for 4 minutes over medium to high heat as you pour the broth over the fish.
  10. Add the olive oil, and season with herb salt once the acqua pazza comes to a boil.
  11. Dish it up, and scatter parsley on top.
