Custard Crunch Mince Pie Recipe

  1. Blend dry ingredients and slowly add in to Large eggs.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into pastry shell and bake in warm oven (400 degrees) 15 min.
  5. Reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake 30 min.
