Weight Watchers Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Wraps
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 teaspoons reduced-calorie mayonnaise
- 12 slices ready-to-serve shortcut bacon
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- lettuce, shredded
- Spread each of the tortillas with mayonnaise.
- Microwave 6 slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp.
- Repeat with another 6 slices.
- Top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato.
- Roll each tortilla burrito-style.
- Cut in half (two halves equal one serving).
