Weight Watchers Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato Wraps

  1. Spread each of the tortillas with mayonnaise.
  2. Microwave 6 slices of bacon for 30-40 seconds, until crisp.
  3. Repeat with another 6 slices.
  4. Top with shredded lettuce and 3 thick slices of tomato.
  5. Roll each tortilla burrito-style.
  6. Cut in half (two halves equal one serving).
