Saucy Chicken Italiano
- 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced, separated into rings King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 red pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Kraft Creamy Caesar Dressing
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded 4 Cheese Italiano Cheese
- Heat large nonstick skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat.
- Add chicken; cook 5 min.
- on each side or until cooked through (170 degrees F).
- Add onions, peppers, broth and dressing.
- Reduce heat to medium; cover.
- Cook 6 to 8 min.
- or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Remove vegetables from skillet, place on serving platter.
- Top with chicken, sauce and cheese.
