Jalapenos stuffed with tuna

  1. Slice the jalapenos lengthwise, and remove the ribs and seeds.
  2. Put the jalapenos in the microwave on high covered with a paper towel.
  3. Microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Mix the horseradish mustard with tuna.
  5. Spoon into the pepper halves,
  6. Heat butter in a pan.
  7. Pan fry both sides of stuffed jalapenos.
  8. Get a little crunchy crust on the tuna side.
  9. Remove from heat add strips of cheese to top.
  10. Let sit 3 minutes and serve.
  11. Hope you enjoy!
  12. NOTE: When cooking the peppers they have a tendency to try and turn inside out.
  13. Just gently push tuna back in, and continue.
  14. Getting the crust that is crunchy on the tuna make it taste awesome.
