Amazing Ny Style White Garlic Pizza

• 1 pizza crust (12 inch pre-baked or homemade)
• 1 lb Italian sausage (casings removed)
• 8 ounces garlic alfredo sauce
• 1 medium onion (chopped)
• 8 ounces Italian cheese blend

1. Preheat oven to 425.
2. Brown sausage.
3. Add onion to pan and saute until soft and slightly brown.
4. Drain fat.
5. Spread Alfredo sauce evenly on pizza crust.
6. Top with sausage/onion mixture and Italian cheese blend.
7. Bake on center oven rack for 12 - 16 minute or until cheese is brown and bubbly.
8. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes to allow toppings to set.
