Italian Flag Tortellini

  1. Heat water to boiling.
  2. Add tortellini and spinach.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 3 minutes, or longer if directed on tortellini package.
  4. Drain.
  5. Mix in rest of ingredients over very low heat until warm.
  6. Serve with ground black pepper and grated parmesan to taste.
