Quick Pork-Fried Rice
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. water
- 2 Tbsp. Kraft Asian Sesame Dressing
- 1 cup chopped cooked pork tenderloin Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1-1/3 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice, cooled slightly
- 1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 carrot, coarsely shredded Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped dry roasted peanuts
- Beat egg and water with fork until well blended.
- Add to large nonstick skillet; cook on medium heat 1 to 2 min.
- or until set, stirring occasionally.
- Transfer to bowl; cut into small pieces.
- Wipe skillet with paper towel.
- Add dressing and meat to skillet; stir-fry on medium-high heat 2 min.
- Add rice and soy sauce; stir-fry 3 min.
- Add carrots and onions; stir-fry 1 min.
- or until heated through.
- Remove from heat; stir in egg.
- Top with nuts.
