Chocolate Marshmallow Fondue
- 8 ounces ghiradelli milk chocolate
- 12 tablespoon marshmallow creme
- 12 ounce of 151-proof rum or 12 ounce Grand Marnier
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (or microwave slowly).
- Add marshmallow creme.
- If you need to thin the chocolate - you can add shortening or a little whole milk.
- Add the liquor on top, and light a match to it.
- Stir into the chocolate mixture to extinguish the flame.
- Serve with strawberries, pound cake, graham crackers, marshmallows, etc.
