Mama's Pecan Pie

• 3 tbsp softened butter
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 eggs
• 1 1/2 tbsp flour
• 1 cup dark karo syrup
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 cup pecans

1. preheat oven to 350
2. cream butter & sugar
3. add remaining ingredients and mix well
4. pour into pie crust & bake for 1 hour
