Baked Shrimp And Crab Curry Recipe
- 1/4 c. Butter, unsalted
- 1/4 c. Scallion, sliced
- 1 tsp Curry pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1 c. Pasta shells, small, cooked
- 10 med Shrimp, cooked and minced
- 1 c. Crabmeat, fresh
- 1/2 c. Bread crumbs
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Heat three Tbsp.
- butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Cook scallions, stirring constantly about 10 min.
- Stir in curry pwdr, flour and salt, mixing well.
- Add in lowfat milk, increase heat and cook till mix boils and thickens.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream, pasta and seafood, and pour mix into a buttered baking dish.
- Heat remaining Tbsp.
- of butter and combine with bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle crumbs over seafood mix and bake uncovered about 30 min.
