Basic Brown Rice And Chicken Recipe
- 1 c. cooked brown rice
- 2 ounce. breast of chicken, cooked
- 1 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Water
- Spray a stick-free pan with Pam.
- Place lemon juice, Tamari soy sauce, brown rice, and chicken in pan.
- Cook on medium heat.
- Cook quickly, stirring constantly.
- You may add in a little water or possibly white wine if it becomes dry while cooking.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Toss gently to cover rice and chicken.
- Use any fresh vegetables while cooking, if you like.
