Crunchy Chicken Pockets
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup packed chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 cups skinned, boned, shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 cup broccoli slaw mix
- 4 white pita pocket halves
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, cut in half
- Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, cider vinegar, sugar and pepper in bowl.
- Add chicken and broccoli slaw mix; mix well.
- Cover; refrigerate 1-2 hours to blend flavors.
- Place pita pocket halves onto microwave-safe plate just before serving.
- Cover with plastic food wrap.
- Microwave 10-20 seconds or until warm.
- Place 2 half slices cheese into each pita pocket half.
- Fill each with 1/2 cup chicken mixture.
