Chicken with corns
- 1 chicken breast
- 5 medium carrots
- 400 grams sour cream
- 150 grams tomato paste
- 300 grams corns
- 1 soy sauce
- 1 carry
- 1 ground cinnamon
- 1 oregano
- 1 salt
- Cut the chicken breast into middle size cubes and boil
- Separately cut the carrot into narrow round pieces and boil about 5 minutes.
- Pour the water and add separately prepared sauce and continue boiling until the carrot becomes soft.
- Sauce: Mix sour creme + tomato paste + soy sauce + spices + salt.
- Add the ready poultry and leave on gas several minutes so that the flavors are mixed.
- Turn off the gas, add the corn and close the cover for 10 minutes.
