Chilled Cantaloupe Soup

  1. Place cantaloupe in a food processor or blender.
  2. Add sugar, liqueur, lime juice and salt.
  3. Puree.
  4. Chill for one hour.
  5. Place in serving bowls, top with sour cream and a fresh mint leaf.
  6. makes 4-6 servings.
