Boursin (Herbed Cheese Spread) Recipe

• 8 ounce Butter
• 1 lb Cream Cheese
• 1 Tbsp. Oregano
• 1 Tbsp. Dill
• 1 Tbsp. Freshly Grnd Pepper
• 1 Tbsp. Garlic Pwdr
• 1 Tbsp. Marjoram

1. Thoroughly cream butter and cream cheese in electric mixer.
2. Add in spices and mix well.
3. Place in small bowl, cover with platis wrap, allow to mellow overnight in refrigertor before using, if possible.
