Fish Fillet & Cheesy Rice

  1. Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice; return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in 2% Milk Single; cover.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Heat fish fillet and green beans as directed on package.
  9. Top green beans with margarine, lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
  10. Stir rice until well blended just before serving.
