Green Goddess Dressing
- 34 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 13 cup mayonnaise
- handful fresh dill
- handful fresh basil, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, packed chopped
- 2 -4 anchovies
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 -4 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 dash white pepper
- Whiz ingredients together in a food processor and chill.
- It should be slightly thick.
- If you want it more pourable, use less yogurt and add a drizzle of lemon juice.
