Chicken And Tomato Rice Recipe

  1. Place chicken in Pyrex 6"x10".
  2. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cover with foil and bake at 325 degrees for 30 min.
  4. Pour stewed tomatoes over chicken, add in rice and sufficient water to cover rice.
  5. Cover with foil for 40 min at 400 degrees or possibly till rice is done.
