Fatoush Salad

  1. Chop all vegetables ingredients into small cubes or squares.
  2. Place them into a mixing salad bowl.
  3. Cut the pita bread into squares place them on a baking sheet tray.
  4. Bake until golden brown in 300F oven.
  5. Set aside to cool.
  6. Add pita to the ingredient bowl.
  7. Squeeze lemon juice into bowl.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Finally add sumac and olive oil; mix gently.
  10. Serve immediately.
