Meatloaf With Olives Recipe

  1. You can use 2 pounds meatloaf mix from the store.
  2. Mix bread crumbs (or possibly you can substitute fine corn flake crumbs), lowfat milk, pepper, onion, celery, garlic, and Large eggs thoroughly.
  3. Mix beef, veal, pork, and olives; add in the two mixtures together and mix thoroughly.
  4. Form into loaf; put into roast pan or possibly loaf pan.
  5. Put top dressing ingredients in small pan, heat sufficient, so all are mixed well then spoon over top of meatloaf.
  6. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 1 1/4 hrs.
  7. (Time depends on your oven.)
