Orange Bliss Energy Balls
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 10 dates, soaked
- 1 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch vanilla
- 1 orange
- orange peel, 2-inch piece of
- 12 cup almonds, chopped
- Mix all ingredients except the almonds in a food processor.
- Once everything is incorporated, stir in the almonds.
- Lightly coat your hands with oil.
- Make balls by scooping about 2 tbs of the mixture into oiled hands and rolling into balls.
- Store these in the fridge.
