Red Lobster Tartar Sauce (Coptcat) Todd Wilbur's Version of Red

• 12 cup mayonnaise
• 1 12 tablespoons finely minced onions
• 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
• 1 12 teaspoons shredded and chopped carrots (about the bits size of rice or smaller)
• 1 12 teaspoons sugar

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Cover and chill.
