Popover with Hot Turkey Salad

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until lemon-colored and foamy.
  2. Add milk, flour and salt; beat just until smooth (do not overbeat).
  3. Pour into a greased 10-inch glass pie plate.
  4. Bake at 400F for 35-40 minutes or until deep golden brown.
  5. Immediately prick with a fork in the center to allow steam to escape.
  6. Combine the next 8 ingredients in a saucepan; cook and stir over low until heated through.
  7. Stir in potato chips.
  8. Spoon into popover.
  9. Garnish with tomato wedges if desired.
  10. Serve immediately.
