Rocco's Almost Everythings in it Looseleaf Salad

  1. for the salad:
  2. layer ingredients in order that they are listed
  3. for the dressing:
  4. wisk all ingredients together well.
  5. immediently drizzle alllll over salad..
  6. serve!
  7. HINT: I don't like a strong vinegar flavor so I don't put a lot of vinegar.. if u like a strong vinegar flavor increase vinegar to 1/4cup...
  8. HINT: I don't like an overload of dressing but if u like a lot of dressing double the dressing ingredients..
  9. HINT: any ingredient can be omitted or swapped out if u don't like them.
  10. example: yellow pepper for green, yellow onion for purple.. etc..
  11. this makes a salad for one as a meal or 2-3 as a side salad.
  12. enjoy!
