Grilled Barbeque Pork Pizza

  1. Preheat the grill to medium high.
  2. Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick and brush both sides with olive oil.
  3. Place dough on the heated grill and close grill.
  4. Grill for about 4 minutes or until dough starts to brown.
  5. Flip carefully and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
  6. Remove the dough onto a large sheet tray or pizza pan (use one that you dont mind putting directly onto the grill once pizza is assembled).
  7. Evenly spread the BBQ meat onto the pizza and then cover with cheese.
  8. Top with cilantro and jalapeno slices if desired.
  9. Place the sheet tray onto your grill and close the grill.
  10. Cook for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
  11. Remove tray from grill and allow pizza to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
