Grilled Barbeque Pork Pizza
- 1 pound Pizza Dough
- 1 pound Leftover BBQ Pulled Pork (or Chicken)
- 2 cups Colby-Jack Cheese, Shredded
- 1/4 cups Cilantro, Chopped (optional)
- 3 Tablespoons Diced Jalapenos (optional)
- Olive Oil, To Brush On The Pizza
- Preheat the grill to medium high.
- Roll out dough to about 1/4 inch thick and brush both sides with olive oil.
- Place dough on the heated grill and close grill.
- Grill for about 4 minutes or until dough starts to brown.
- Flip carefully and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the dough onto a large sheet tray or pizza pan (use one that you dont mind putting directly onto the grill once pizza is assembled).
- Evenly spread the BBQ meat onto the pizza and then cover with cheese.
- Top with cilantro and jalapeno slices if desired.
- Place the sheet tray onto your grill and close the grill.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until cheese is melted and gooey.
- Remove tray from grill and allow pizza to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
