Fried Pork Chops
- 2 pork chops
- Seasoning salt
- regular salt
- Black pepper
- Vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Chicken broth
- Salt and pepper both sides of pork chops.
- Heat a medium-sized frying pan.
- Coat the bottom of the pan with oil.
- Place porks chops in pan and heat both sides for about 6 minutes.
- Then turn down heat and cover for about 8 minutes.
- Remove pork chops and put in the chicken broth.
- Stir the brown bits left in the pan into the broth.
- Add butter to the pan and swirl it around off the heat.
- Pour gravy over pork chops and serve.
