Dip for Chips

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, break in small pieces
• 12 pint whipping cream
• 1 teaspoon onion juice
• 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can olives, chopped fine

1. Whip cream till it starts to thicken.
2. Add cream cheese, onion juice and olives.
3. Beat until well blended and thick.
4. Refrigerate till ready to use.
5. Use with chips.
