Warm Broccoli & Cauliflower With Blue Cheese Cream

  1. Cook broccoli in boiling salted water to cover 5 minutes; drain well.
  2. Repeat procedure for cauliflower.
  3. Bring half and half to a simmer in a small saucepan over low heat (do not boil).
  4. Whisk in the blue cheese and cook; whisking constantly, until cheese melts.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in mayonnaise.
  6. Place broccoli and cauliflower in a large serving bowl; toss with cheese mixture.
  7. Sprinkle with green onions and pecans.
