Capellini With Sausage And Spinach Recipe

  1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or possibly stockpot over medium-high heat; add in sausage and cook 3 to 4 min, turning as it browns.
  2. Add in onions and garlic and cook 2 to 3 min, till lightly browned.
  3. Add in broth and water to pot; cover and bring to a boil.
  4. Add in pasta and cook 3 min, stirring frequently.
  5. Stir in spinach and pepper and cook 2 to 3 min more, till pasta is hard but tender to the bite and spinach is wilted.
  6. Stir in cream.
  7. Serve immediately.
