Cream Cake
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup coffee creamer (use 10% milk fat or half & half)
- Preheat oven to 350*.
- Cream sugar and eggs.
- Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
- Add alternately with the cream, mixing well.
- Bake @ 350* in a greased 9" x 13" pan for 30-40 minutes (depending on your oven).
- Cool & frost as desired.
