Dorchester Spareribs
- 16 pork baby back ribs
- 38 cup tomato ketchup
- 38 cup brown sauce
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1 dash Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 5 tablespoons cola
- 1 dash Worcestershire sauce
- 1 dash celery salt
- Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
- Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat.
- Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400F.
- Transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown.
- Serve.
