Dorchester Spareribs

  1. Place all of the marinade ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix together thoroughly.
  2. Place the pork ribs in a shallow dish and pour over the marinade, turning to coat.
  3. Leave in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour, or preferably overnight.
  4. Preheat the oven to 400F.
  5. Transfer the ribs to an ovenproof dish, spoon over the marinade and bake in the centre of the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes, turning once, until a deep reddish brown.
  6. Serve.
