Mango Salsa
- 4 whole Vine Ripe Tomatoes (Medium To Large), Chopped
- 1/4 whole Yellow Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 teaspoons Sea Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1 whole Habanero Pepper (large) Or 2 Large Jalapeno Peppers
- 1/2 whole Lime, Freshly Squeezed
- 3 sprigs Fresh Cilantro, Minced
- 1 whole Mango, Chopped
- Mix all ingredients together in bowl and serve with chips.
- It is best if you can refrigerate it for about an hour to let the flavors blend.
- It does not keep well until the next day, so eat it up!
