Fresh Spinach Salad with Teardrop Tomatoes and Goat's Cheese

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach, tomatoes, and onions.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add the oil and vinegar, to taste.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. To serve, mound the greens in the center of each serving plate.
  6. Crumble the cheese over the salad and serve.
