Pork Gorgonzola Recipe somrac
- 4 pieces of pork loin or tenderloin
- thick cut bacon
- gorgonzola cheese
- salt and pepper
- Wrap the bacon around the pork loin and hold bacon in place with skewers or toothpicks.
- Season pork with salt and pepper.
- Grill pork tenderloins until almost done.
- When pork is almost done, brush bbq sauce on both sides not too much and let the sauce caramelize a bit on the grill.
- Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of gorgonzola cheese to the top of the pork.
- lower grill cover and let the cheese melt.
- Then enjoy.
