Pork Gorgonzola Recipe somrac

  1. Wrap the bacon around the pork loin and hold bacon in place with skewers or toothpicks.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill pork tenderloins until almost done.
  4. When pork is almost done, brush bbq sauce on both sides not too much and let the sauce caramelize a bit on the grill.
  5. Add about 1 1/2 tablespoons of gorgonzola cheese to the top of the pork.
  6. lower grill cover and let the cheese melt.
  7. Then enjoy.
