Spicy Sriracha Cheesy Chicken Meatballs
- 1 cup water
- 1 pkg. (120 g) Stove Top Lower Sodium Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1 lb. (450 g) extra-lean ground chicken
- 1 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Old Cheddar Cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Sriracha sauce (hot chili sauce)
- 3/4 cup Kraft Rancher's Choice Dressing
- Heat oven to 350F.
- Add water to stuffing mix in medium bowl; stir just until moistened.
- Let stand 5 min.
- Add all remaining ingredients except dressing; mix lightly.
- Shape into 36 (1-1/2-inch) balls; place on foil-covered rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake 25 to 30 min.
- or until done (165 degrees F).
- Serve with dressing for dipping.
