Mango Soup

  1. Peel, seed, and chop the mangoes.
  2. Put in a food processor and process to a fine puree.
  3. Strain and measure out 2 cups.
  4. Return the 2 cups puree to the food processor with the coconut milk, simple syrup, lime juice, and rum.
  5. Pulse until well combined.
  6. Chill in a covered container for at least 2 hours and up to 6 hours before serving.
