Trout Au Gratin
- 1 cup american cheese shredded
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 pounds trout cleaned
- Preheat oven to 400?F.
- In a bowl, combine American cheese, bread crumbs, parsley flakes, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Place trout on individual squares of greased foil.
- Spoon crumb mixture over fish.
- Seal securely and bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
