Lemon and Caper Mozzarella

  1. Place cheese slices on medium platter.
  2. Heat olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and red pepper.
  4. Heat until garlic sizzles.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.
  7. Let cool to room temperature.
  8. Juice lemon and add to mixture.
  9. Add capers and seasonings.
  10. Drizzle over cheese.
  11. Top with fresh oregano as garnish.
