Asian Noodle Dinners Recipe
- 1 x 1 pound ham steak, cut into strips
- 1 x 14 ounce DEL MONTE Pineapple Chunks, reserve juice
- 1 x rec pepper, minced
- 1/2 c. KRAFT Classics CATALINA Dressing
- 2 tsp grnd ginger
- 4 x 125 gram angel hair pasta nests
- STIR-FRY ham, pineapple tidbits and peppers in 2 Tbsp KRAFT Classics CATALINA Dressing for 10 minutes.
- Add in another 1/2 c. dressing, reserved pineapple juice and ginger.
- Add in thin noodles (125 g for four); break in half if necessary.
- Cover, bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

- Try a different noodle: try nested egg noodles, short noodle pcs, thin Italian vermicelli and angel hair pasta or possibly rice noodles.
