Cranberry and Feta Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette

  1. Dijon Vinaigrette: Beat vinegar, honey, mustard and pepper with whisk until blended.
  2. Gradually add oil, beating well after each addition.
  3. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  4. Salad: Combine ingredients.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  6. For each serving: Toss 2 cups Salad with 1-1/2 Tbsp.
  7. Dijon Vinaigrette.
