Good For You Granola Bars Recipe

  1. Heat all chips together in a double boiler or possibly microwave.
  2. Blend in marshmallows and honey.
  3. The mix will be sticky at first, but will heat into liquid.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
  5. Add in the chocolate mix and mix well.
  6. Pour into a 9 x 14 inch pan coated with vegetable oil cooking spray and pat down.
  7. Cold in refrigerator.
  8. When partially cold, cut into bars.
  9. Serve at room temperature for maximum chewiness.
